G.S.Parkhe Merit award by MCCIA to Sherman Trap.

1978

‘G.S.Parkhe Award’ winner “Moist Hot AirSugarcane Seed treatment plant” developed has served more than 150 sugar factories for improving yield of sugarcane.

NPK started its own calibration laboratory for catering requirements in:

• Electrical Calibration
• Temperature Calibration
• Mechanical Calibration

2004

National Accreditation Board for Testing & Calibration Lab (NABL) awarded accreditation as per ISO/IEC:17025 for Electro-Technical calibration field.

2006

National Accreditation Board for Testing & Calibration Lab (NABL) awarded accreditation as per ISO/IEC:17025 for Mechanical & Thermal fields of calibration.

2014

Setups are made for conducting design verification tests for automotive lighting includes:

• Road vibration simulation as per SAE 575
• Condensation test for validating quality of sealing: first of its kind setup made in India & approved by General Motors Ltd., Bangalore.

2016-2017

New office building constructed which has:

• High Voltage calibration lab up to 100 kV AC & DC
• Training seminar hall of area 950 Sq.ft.
• Torque calibration lab with torque calibration up to 2000 Nm
